AFS Corporate Member The H.S. Group, (Green Bay, Wisconsin), a talent management services firm, has acquired Career Momentum Inc. of Madison and Milwaukee. 

“Our two firms are an excellent fit, with each of us offering expertise in a range of complementary services,” said The H.S. Group Owner and President Joey Leonard. “The acquisition provides us with an expanded footprint covering the state of Wisconsin, getting us into new marketplaces with existing business already underway. We’ll now offer a comprehensive suite of services from recruitment to outplacement, including HR consulting, career coaching, assessments, surveys and talent development.” 

Career Momentum personnel will all be retained as part of the acquisition. “They have talented experts on board and we look forward to having them be a part of our team,” added Leonard. 
Career Momentum President Cory Erickson will remain with the business to help with integration and transition matters before retiring in June 2021.

The acquisition closed on August 31.
